Description du produit
Mineral Rock Wool Production Line Factory
Production Process Overview
The rock wool production process begins with raw materials including basalt, dolomite, and binders. These materials are loaded into the hopper via elevator and melted in a furnace. The molten lava flows into a tank, where it's cooled and spun into fibers by a centrifuge. During fiber formation, binders are sprayed into the fiber molding chamber while negative pressure wind helps shape the fibers. The resulting fiber mat is transported via mesh belt to a pendulum cloth machine, then through a curing furnace where hot air solidifies the material. The final product undergoes precision cutting (both longitudinal and transverse) before packaging and storage.
Primary Applications
Rock wool is extensively used for fireproofing and sound absorption in partition/curtain walls, thermal insulation for roofs and retaining structures, geothermal systems, and industrial applications including kilns, ovens, and large tanks/vessels requiring both insulation and fire resistance.
